About
A native of Berkeley County, Josh served three terms on Berkeley County Council. During his tenure, he chaired the Finance Committee, overseeing the County’s budget and playing a leading role in economic development initiatives. He also served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance.
Josh is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate and Trustee of Wofford College. He earned his law degree from William & Mary Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers and received national advocacy awards. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Dennis W. Shedd of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
He lives on Daniel Island with his family and their golden retrievers, Luna and Styles, who are frequent visitors to the office and known for welcoming clients and colleagues alike.
